kaiser permanente vs. blue cross PPO medical insurance....any advice?

1. If there are no Kaiser hospitals near you, think twice about going that route because you have to use their facilities or get charged out the yang.
2. Blue Cross PPO, if you can afford it.
3. kaiser had several wrongful death suits they alledgadly sent some people home complaining of chest pains,and told them it was acid reflux.they died of heart attacks.a ppo allows more choice than an hmo.
4. Check with the physician or clinic which you use most often for medical care. They usually have people who handle insurance claims, and those people will know which covers more or which may be slow to pay. If your insurance is to include pharmacy benefits, also check with your pharmacis. ~Rosie~
