Im visting in Texas and I dont have health insurance but I think I got something from eating raw pork.?

Is there a place that I can see a doctor for cheap?

1. sounds like your SOL; unless your illegal - they give free healthcare away to illegals.
2. you dont need health insurance, there is plenty of places " clinics" especially if you live near or in a city, health insurance just makes it convenient
3. nex time avoid raw pork.
4. Find a University hospital, one that is ran by college kids(future doctors). Those are the cheapest hospitals and they dont care if you have insurance or not.
5. Any hospital will see you. They are not allowed to turn you away based on health care coverage and just to make you aware: catholic hospitals have charity programs and financial aid programs for people who cannot pay and so do most state funded hospitals. Call around and see which hospitals would be willing to work out financial screenings if you are able to wait that long. If you are really ill however I would just go to the nearest emergency room and worry about the bill later. Your health is more important than a bill that you can make payments on.
6. the good thing is that food poisioning last no more than 48hrs of vomiting. but every county should have a clinic. and if you go to a hospital that is a catholic hospital they can't deny anyone who doesn't have health care.
