1. Blue cross is taken pretty much everywhere. You can call the member service number on the card and they can tell you for sure though.
2. This insurance is probably taken in the majority of places in your town. The best thing to do is to find a clinic, call it, and ask if it accepts your insurance. Most providers take Blue cross.
