What is the punishment for health insurance fraud? In California?
I'm not planning on it. I know someone who is... and want to know what they've got coming to them. There are children involved. She is crazy... she is a mother of three, and is trying to screw her soon to be ex husband every way possible. She wants a boob job... is trying to find a doctor to "claim" she had/has cancer. Her ex father in law is doing the research and has found this information out. He is reporting it to the insurance company.

- If you're planning to do this, I recommend forgetting about it. Jail time and heavy fines will ensue.
- If you're looking for a new home, free food, laundry service, etc.--go ahead. Those high walls with barbed wire and towers with armed guards might get to you after a while--but no one is stopping you.
- NOW THIS IS A GOOD QUESTION! REALLY JAS
- Stiff penalty. Or jail, or both. If you squeak on them when they've done it, you can be rewarded!
- They will Lose their children when they go to prison. Is that not enough to make them reconsider?
- jail [duh]
