Is there a Health Insurance that covers Pre-Existing Condition in California?
I had a shoulder dislocation,I dont have a serious condition like cancer,aids or diabetes.

- Yes. It is called employer group coverage. No insurance company is going to insure you when it knows you are ready to run up the meter immediately.
- You can have a pre-existing condition and still get medical insurance(group or individual). When shopping around make known what your condition is. Generally, they will not cover anything related to the condition within the first six months of the policy; however, I have seen some goes as high as a year. You want to bring this up to them up front so you can do one of two things: 1) confirm they will cover it or not and thereby have the security in knowing you are covered; and 2) determine an accurate quote for the cost of the insurance coverage (as you should always shop around for providers).
