Health Insurance problem!!!Please Help!!!?

Hello my brother is in hospital, he is in coma. His insurance is going to stop covering him in about 1 week. Right now I am not sure who is going to pay for his medical care. We are Internationals. He is university student. Very smart. He needs 2 more surgeries needed to be done. Please help me, I have heard about Cobra insurance, also Assurant Health. Is there any way my brother can get coverage? What should Iook for or if someone knows how to deal with this kind of situation please help me. God Bless you. Thank you very much.

1. i would speak to his employer about his coverage and if he would be elig for cobra insurance, also you can ask them if he has short and long term disability thru his work. if they say no to all of that you can tell the hosp that he will need financial help. they will give you paperwork to fill out and proof of his income and bills and then they will determine if he is eligible for financial assistance, but first you need to know if he has ins thru his work. i am sure somebody in the billing dept will be able to tell you everything that you need to do. good luck and i pray for you and your family.
