Benefit abbreviations on my Health Insurance Card?
I can't figure out some of the benefit abbreviations on my Aetna health insurance card. They are: HO 20% AS 20% UC 75 MH 50-20v Any ideas?

- It has something to do with your co-pays. ie. MH probably for for Mental Health and means you pay $50 a visit with a max of 20 visits a year. HO may be hospitalization portion you pay, etc.. Just call the number on your card as many different plans are offered through Aetna and they shoudl be able to help you.
- HO - Hospital Outpatient AS - Ambulatory Surgery (same as outpatient surgery) UC - Urgent Care MH - Mental Health Sorry, I'm not positive about these as I have Wellmark. You should have something listed for Inpatient Hospital Care.
