Aetna Health Insurance..?

How much is the co pay for a physical andOBGYN exam? I use Aetna. and I don't have an ID card. the insurance is through my mom so the information is at the doctors office in their system. I'm just a dependent on the plan. and yes I'm old enough to ask about this info. I'm an adult.

2. It depends on your insurance. It usually says on the card, but if not, you better call the costumer service number on your card and ask the staff.
3. Copays are usually about 15 to 25, more for specialists. It really depends on the plan you have with your insurance. You could call your clinic and they could tell you the copay.
