Do you have Aetna health insurance?

My husband and I have this insurance through his employer. We still have not received our insurance cards in the mail. We can't seem to get the lady in charge of this at his work to do anything. She always gets too busy and forgets. I tried to look up the phone number on Aetna website but it says to look at your id card. Does anyone have this number? Thank you.

2. Aetna allows you to print a copy of the ID card off their website. It works just as well as the plastic card. Just register as a member and you'll have all the information. http://www.aetna.com/index.htm
