- dependents get 1 set of xrays a year and 2 cleanings per year( 6 months apart) free all other services are a co pay of up to 80%. some copays are based on the paygrade of the servicemember. Braces are only for kids under 21 and has a ceiling of like $3000 I think.

- For who? The AD member? there is no charges and all work is taken care of on base/post by the Dental Clinic there unless a referral is needed. For dependents, it is $13 for 1 dependent, $33 for 2 or more, covers 2 cleanings every year, 1 standard xray every year, and up to 80% coverage of work done with a cap of $1200 per year. If the dependent is under 23 then up to $1500 is covered for braces. These prices and coverage will change within the next year as it is going from United Concordia to MetLife. http://www.tricaredentalprogram.com
