Is there a medical test that checks EVERYTHING?

Is there a medical test that checks EVERYTHING? Like, a full body scan or something like that I don't know. Something that checks for tumors, diseases, clogged arteries, brain damage, bone damage, etc? Or any test that checks for a lot of things? Thank you in advance!

1. You might be looking for a 'full physical' ... as long as you accurately describe some symptoms you are having -- you are not automatically given MRI's or CatScan's... A full blood workup would be done and if the doc would see something amiss...THEN further tests would be justified. A full blood panel is VERY revealing... that is something you definately should have. If 'money is no option' then I am sure you can 'request' certain tests but it isn't always 'justified' by your insurance unless you have lab proof that certain other really expensive tests are required.
