Is there dental insurance or midicare that covers fillings in california for an 18 years old?

Im needing dental work done im 18 i live in california i don't have much money or any insurance neither does my family. I need to get 11 cavity's filled and im wondering if there is any insurance i could get or something like medicare to cover this thanks.

2. Yes Medi-Cal will cover your dental work until you are 21. Do you have Medi-Cal? You are too young to have so many cavities. Why dont you brush your teeth after you eat, and rinse with salt water? Do you know a tooth infection can kill you if left untreated? Dental insurance covers only about 50% of cost and there is usually a waiting period for work. Call Delta Dental or Blue Cross and ask about individual dental insurance plans. Medicare is for seniors and disabled people. Some Advantage plans do offer limited dental in California. If you dont have Medi-Cal you should find a county medical clinic that has low cost dental services.
