Does ohare airport have full body x-ray scans for non-international security?

I'm going to Washington dc and its that time and things have been crazy for TSA and i just wanted to know could they see my tampon or pads through security. honest answers and yes i'm serious.

1. Tampons - no. Pads - maybe, but if they are noticeable, the screeners would see thousands of women using them. You would not be unusual.
2. Know that airports mostly have metal detectors, they're not all body scanners
