A germ infected by semen, caused by smegma infection?

I am a male and 34 years old age. Before 8 years ago I had a penis infection by concentrated Smegma, under the foreskin.Then it entered to the body by semen and I had serious infection under the for skin, very painful lower back, painful urinal track and bladder also swollen lymph nodes / fever/body acidic (4.5-5 pH urine, saliva and semen). I had never, sexual intercourse at all before that (except masturbating). But I tested every STDs. Urine culture, ultra sound scan are negative. My urine was dirty yellowed and acidity level is very high( 4.0 - 4.5 pH). I took medical advice and they gave me various of Antibiotics.Doctors said me no reasons to afraid. Then I got married. After that I faced a serious problem. My wife couldn't bear my semen in her body. It was discharged as menses every other three days. Doctors said to stop intercourse for a short period. then wife's menstrual cycle disordered (only once 3 o 4 months) menstrual cycle was stopped and also she showed symptoms which I have. ( very painful lower back, very high acidic urine. (Later we had to divorce of this case). Also I feel my immune system is very weak and nerves system has swollen. I am in deep problem. Still I am suffering from *very dirty, yellowed urine *Acidity levels are very high (Urine, Semen, Saliva) *Pain of bladder, lower back side and ureters *Vein system of the body get swollen, and dark bluish (after this incident) *Depression I want to know 1.Is this a viral/bacterial or fungal infection? if it is a virus can a virus originate by my own body? 2.If it entered by semen are there tests to identify that germ clearly? what are those? (already I have tested for STDs) 3.Now is it a sexual transmit disease? How can I know it clearly? 3.Acidity level of urine and other liquids of body are very high. Any chronic microorganism could do this? 4.Could I lead normal life and may this condition make infertility for me I am in deep problem!! please help me!

1. Before reading your question I had never even heard of this condition, So I wouldn't be the best person to give you advice on the subject. I just though I would respond so that I could inform you that there is TONS of information in the internet about Smegma Penile Infections. As it would seem, Smegma is an accumadatrions of oils and secrections from the penile glans. so as long as you keep yourself clean and was treated with correct antibiotics you should be ok. Another thing I might suggest would to get circumsized. Since the foreskin is not "Needed" and it's more hygenic NOT to have it. I feel this would be the best choice. Although SmEgma is does not originate sexually, the effects from the disease can be transmitted sexually. YOU MUST CLEAN YOURSELF ON A REGULAR BASIS!
2. Clearly, you don't have much of an education in terms of biology or the physics of biological infection. I'd say that, given your very active imagination and combined with complete ignorance about medical issues, you could be suffering from virtually anything, from an entirely imagined illness, all the way up to some sort of hideous and life-threatening systemic infection. Your body is not a virus factory. Semen doesn't 'enter a man's body' unless he's having anal sex with another guy. Smegma, far from being harmful, protects the body from infection. If you've been scanned for STDs, you don't have an STD. High acidity in urine could be caused by anything - even eating sugary foods makes urine acidic. If the symptoms you're reporting are real (and I have serious doubts about that), you need to see a doctor and keep seeing doctors every two or three weeks until you get the help you need. Note: All urine is yellow. If you don't drink enough water, it will be dark and may be cloudy. If you eat acidic foods, your urine, semen and saliva will be unusually acidic. The imagination can manufacture feelings of pain. The imagination can make veins seem abnormally swollen, and a normal colour can seem abnormal. Depression can result from the feeling that something's wrong with your body when it's perfectly healthy.
