What is a discount health insurance plan for self employed in California ?
I know that certain trade organizations offer discount health insurance under group rates if you join. However, I am unaware of any groups for a person who is self employed as an expeditor--a person who works in the urban planning field filing cases. He pays a exhoribant monthy premium for his health insurance.

- Another brand-new account with "cheap insurance" questions. If he was really self-employed he'd know. I don't know what scam this is...insurance fraud maybe?
- you can thank Sacramento for that. They're the ones who made it necessary. look for small business associations of any kind that you can join as a possible entry to a quasi-group plan at lower rates. if you're able to work, you're a better isk than some out there who aren't and thus rates 'should' be lower.
- It's depends on your age and where you live as well, type of car, etc. I would shop insurance coverage online and get quotes from various insurance companies. Try a reputable site like: www.mycheapinsurance.net
- I recommend you this site where you can compare quotes so you can find the best option for you: www.usinsurancequotes.org
