In California Life & Health Insurance License Agent Examination Do They Still Ask About preexisting Conditions?

Supposedly Obamacare got away of the exclusion of pre-existing conditions.

1. The pre-existing condition exclusions will still be around until 2014 unless that part of the bill is repealed. If you are interested in getting your license I'd suggest reading the bill.
2. Yes. The preexisting conditions clause still exists for two more years. And longer, if the health reform act gets repealed.
3. Obamacare did not get away with the exclusion of preexisting conditions. Actually, Obamacare did not happen at all. It was replaced by a totally different proposal created by Congress, not by Obama. And it only eliminated the exclusion of preexisting conditions for children under 19 and for the years 2014 and later. It did not eliminate the exclusion of preexisting conditions for adults over 19 during 2011, 2012, or 2013. They should ask this stuff on the examination.
