Which companies in San Diego offer Aetna Health Insurance coverage to employees?

I am looking for companies that offer aetna health insurance coverage to employees. Please let me know! More clarification. I currently have coverage under aetna but will no longer be with my current company. I am looking for people that have either worked for companies in the San Diego area that offer aetna or know of a company or two in the area that offer aetna so I can continue to see my same doctors. 1. None - any employer that has a group plan through Aetna is not offering "insurance". The employer retains the risk and engages Aetna (or Blue Cross or CIGNA or UnitedHealthGroup or ...) to handle claims.
2. There are literally THOUSANDS of companies doing business in San Diego. Nobody here could possibly know which ones offer Aetna insurance, let alone be bothered to hunt up a list for you.
3. Aetna doesn't publish their commercial customer list - it would be begging the other insurers to come and take business from them.
4. To continue to use the same doctors, you do not need to find another company that offers Aetna. You merely need to find a company that offers insurance that has those doctors. Most doctors are covered by many different insurance companies. On the other hand, finding another company that does offer Aetna does not guarantee that you will be able to continue to use the same doctors. Each insurer, such as Aetna, has many different insurance plans, which do not all have the same doctors. If you have find a company that does offer Aetna, but it does not offer the exact same Aetna plan, and it offers only another, different, Aetna plan, then there might be different doctors.
5. Buy and Aetna policy from an insurance broker and go to work where you want to work. The odds that you're going to find many people who actually work in San Diego, have Aetna, and respond to this post are slim.
