Know of any good dental insurance plans?

I'd like one for me that I could afford that offers good benefits. I need to get cavities removed so I can put braces on to help straighten my teeth. I got some cavities out last year but I missed out on signing up for this year coming up. So now I'm trying to find one. I really don't want to wait a whole year to get my teeth fixed. If you know any, please help me. Thanks :)

3. Ameritas Dental Insurance is the one I own personally, but unless you want to wait 6 months for cavity coverage then you might be better off with a discount plan. In any case, the braces are an out of pocket expense regardless.
4. I've never seen a private dental policy cover more than it costs. Pickles' family has one, but they've had it for a long time, so waiting periods don't apply. Also, braces aren't going to be covered, at all. "Good benefits" is a relative term. All dental plans, even the good ones through your employer, have some pretty serious limits on what they cover, and how much.
