Is there any dental insurance plans for college students or any other options?

I live in NY I've had bad teeth my whole life and have only been to the dentist a few times due to lack of insurance and I'm sick of my smile and everything else wrong with my teeth, I don't have much money and I was wondering if there is any insurance plans that a college student could get to help cover the costs, there's no dental schools or anything like that around me so that isn't an option
