How does the TSA's nude full body scanning circumvent local laws on pornography?

In my town, it is illegal to serve alcoholic beverages and have nudity simultaneously in an establishment, yet the airport does TSA full body scanners which result in a nude image. It is a very prudish southern town and so it is also prohibited to do nude modeling. However, everyone who submits to a full body scan is, essentially, performing nude modeling for that perv behind the curtain.

2. Yeah, it doesn't work like that. Pornography or nude modeling are partly defined by CONTEXT. Just because the doctor has you remove your clothes doens't make it pornographic because there is a different CONTEXT to that situation. Same with TSA.
3. TSA scans are art so pornography laws don't apply.
4. A. This is not "pornography" - you can barely tell what's on the picturtes. B. Nobody's looking at these pictures for jollies, and they're not saved anywhere.
5. Welcome to Obama's America, where the end justifies the means. The way it circumvents the law is by protecting us from exploding children and old ladies. You don't want to be on a flight full of exploding babies, right? If even one person died or was hurt by nun shrapnel, it would be one person too many. So we have to feel up all the little kids and old ladies. It's for your safety.
6. Stop obsessing over this issue. If you don't like it, find another way to circumvent terrorists who hide bombs in their underwear. I'm sure Homeland Security would like to know about it.
