What exactly is a pat down or a hands-on searches that I have to go through if I refuse a full body scan at?

the Airport Does it have anything to do with X rays

1. If you refuse both, you aren't going to be able to get on the plane. Period. Full body scans are just like xrays. <.<
2. they aren't xrays its more like they see thru your clothes and can see your body naked. LOL I would go with the pat down.
