If a TSA agent sees a lump on a woman's breast during a full body scan and doesn't alert the woman?
can he be sued later if the woman dies of breast cancer?
Public Comments
- Can the scanners even detect that?

- yes. If they are going to do a full breast exam, they are now legally obligated to disclose the results.
- You can be sued for absolutely anything but you won't win in such a case. If an insurance company hires a doctor to see whether you are medically able to apply for insurance and they find a disease or cancer, etc that makes you ineligible they aren't responsible for telling you and many court cases have gone down in flames trying to make them responsible.
- Whats the edicate of walking through the scanner with a b0ner?
- Good question. But they may not speak english so the woman wouldn't understand anyway. So they would most likely be protected by the socialist act.
- The TSA exams are part of Obama's health care! Just wait for the anal exam, bend over and spread!
- No, the screeners can't detect that. You idiot.
