What are some good specific medical dictionaries?

Whenever I read one of those complex books on medicine, I do not understand it completely. Are there any sites that have a glossary for this lingo or a specific book?

Stedman's Medical Dictionary is good, but my friend ,I am an Asst.profesor of ENT myself and you have so many basic books now a days unlike us ,we had to read Gray' Anatomy only Robbins' pathology and no tools .You only have to concentrate and see the context ,study of textbook itself would be pleasure .Don't read for exams ,for yourself and as you must be aware by now simple meanings to a few words is not going to solve your problem!
