  1. It might be an unreasonable search if TSA approached random people on the street and compelled them to submit, but that is not what happens. People consent as a condition for flying on a commercial aircraft. There is nothing wrong with consenting to a search.
  2. No because you have the right to refuse. If you refuse, then you are subject to a hands on personal search. If you don't want to be subjected to that, you need not fly. There are other methods of transportation.
  3. Going through security screening is something you voluntarily consent to do when you purchase a plane ticket. The government isn't forcing you to be searched against your will because you're always free to take the bus or train instead.
  4. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." There is nothing in the Amendment that states that if you are traveling on private and/or federal transportation that this amendment is null and void. Many imbeciles will say that there are "other forms of transposition" so you need not fly but in the case of gainful employment, overseas travel and time constraints the "other forms of travel" do not apply. The amendment stands no matter the circumstance. There is no waiver of constitutional rights signed in the airline ticket purchasing process. And there are no exemptions written into the amendment. That being said; the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights are documents that were drafted by Free and Accepted Scottish RIght Freemasons which were attorneys under retainer of the British Royal Crown. When they referred to "We the people" they were referring to themselves. Everything written into the Bill of RIghts was written to protect the Freemasons. Nothing applies to the general populous otherwise known as the tax slaves to the crown/ bank. You are a subject, a slave to the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank, to the Military Industrial Complex, not a "people." You have no rights. Look around you.
