Scan Medical Insurance

I have experience working in the health insurance industry, now im wondering what job I could apply for?

I worked as a "medical case manager" at an insurance company. We were a 3rd party company. I did phone interviews with people applying for individual insurance for several major companies including BCBS, Humana, Aetna, UnitedHealth, ect. We would investigate insurance claims and study the individuals application and compare all of this while also asking the applicant to verify certain what info was correct. When the file was all done we would send it over to underwriting for review. Underwriting would than determine if the applicant was eligible. What do you even call that??? What job would be closest to that in the insurance industry. I would love to stay in the field and find something related to that area. Any info would be helpful-Thanks! :)
