Can I get a life/health insurance license in Florida with 2 dui misdemeanors, the latest one was 9 years ago?

About 13 years ago I got a misdemeanor dui, and then I got a second one 9 years ago. Will I still be able to get a life/Health Insurance license, and job in the State of Florida? I no longer drink. Please answer if you can.

1. That's a question for the FL State Insurance Commission. Many have a moral turpitude clause and while DUI isn't generally considered a crime of moral turpitude, some states include it by definition in the relevant law.
