Scan Medical Insurance

Can anybody give me guideline regarding medical insurance policies for people travelling to united states?

There are many traveler's insurance but they do not seem to cover if the traveler has some past medical condition such as diabetes etc. Particularly, if something happens because of the pre-existing condition, most of these insurance policies do not cover anything.

1. Call your insurance company and see if they cover you out of the country. A lot of them do.
