TD Travel medical insurance help!?

"Travel Medical Insurance7— gives you 24-hour-a-day, emergency medical coverage anywhere in the world and is automatically included whether or not you purchase travel using your Card. You'll be covered for 8-day trips if you are under 65 and 2-day trips if you're 65 or older" I dont understand what this means. 1. It means if you are under the age of 65 then you are automatically covered for a trip outside your home province as long as the trip is 8 days or less (any one trip). If you are over the age of 65 then you are covered for the same thing but for trips of 2 days or less.
