What kind of medical insurance do you recommend?

I am getting jaw surgery within year or two. It is for medical reason. I need to find insurance that can help me to cover the cost. What kind insurance do you recommend and how much will be premium will be? Doctor told me, the surgery will cost about 15000 to 17000 and another 10000 for more for hospital fee.
