Does everyone who goes through Toronto Pearson airport have to get a body scan done?

I am going to Toronto for the week tomorrow. I was just wondering does everyone who goes through Toronto Pearson Airport have to get a body scan done.

1. Nobody coming IN has to be scanned, of course, and only a randomly selected group outgoing to certain destinations are scanned. Anyone selected for scanning can choose a hand search.
2. I fly in and out of Toronto a few times a month and have never been scanned. If they ever wanted to...so what? It's not like it's in public and it's not like they see much other then anything you may be trying to hide. Its far from being 'airport porn".
3. Pearson is just starting using the 'nude' body scanners, which can detect things like bags of cocaine, which a few people may have swallowed into their digestive system, to try and avoid detection, etc.

5. When you leave Toronto you'll have to get the standard body scan where you're checked for metal objects. Your carry on luggage will be x-rayed. Why? Planning on concealing something?
