Will health care legislation address being denied major medical insurance based on height to weight ratios?

Recently denied Major Medical Insurance because of my height and weight. Will that regulation ever be changed?

1. Unfortunately, it probably will; and we'll all unfairly pay the price for it. Impeach Obama!
2. It's scheduled to be changed in 2014. Don't think that means your coverage will be cheap, though, because the RATES will go up, to make up for them having to cover all the extra conditions.
3. Yes, all unhealthy lifestyles will not be able to be denied when the legislation takes effect. But, don't expect it to get inexpensive.
