Where can I get affordable Health insurance now when I am not eligible for Medicare and I am not old enough fo?

Where can I get affordable Health insurance now when I'm not eligible for Medicaid.? I'm not old enough for Medicare. I can't afford regular insurance and I make over the guidelines for Healthy N.Y. programs. My actual fluid monies is less than the guidelines after my rent is paid.

1. There just is no such thing as affordable health insurance. Even if you find something that you can afford the deductible would be extremely high and a lot would be out of pocket. Affordable and health insurance just doesn't go in the same sentence these days.

For now, you can contact an independent insurance agent and see if he can suggest a health policy that fits your budget, or you can look for a low income clinic where you live. They charge based on your income. Some hospitals have low-income clinics within, others are out in the community. Healthy NY looks like a state health plan which most states don't have any more. There is a Remote Area Free Clilnic in every region you have to look out for it.
