What can I do for my back pain?

I'm 23 years old and I have seen around 9 doctors!! I only get meds from my first doctor, I don't take any meds from anyone else b/c I don't want pills I want to be fixed. My back has been hurting now little over 2 years. I have always been active in my life now all I can do is lay in bed when I'm not working. I have 2 MRI 1 full body bone scan around 5 or 6 X-rays and all the docs say something different. I'm on 4 pain pills aday 2 muscles relaxers, mobic for swelling. The pain is in my lower back and to the sides also right about my crack a very sharp pain!! No matter what or how many pills I take the pain really never goes away!! Can anyone help??

1. i'm not really sure what's wrong with your back.. very weird. but i suggest putting a head pad where it hurts, when my back hurts heat feels the best and maybe even ice after heating it.
