Scan Medical Insurance

I just got my insurance company to lower my major medical rates from $700 to $200, would Obamacare do this?

readjusted my plan and through out all the extras that I didn't need...Well, would obamacare be this flexable or this cheap!? this is a per month charge.. you can believe me or not...it is a fact of course this is a 6000 deductable but it covers all major medical. I can cover anything else with my nest egg.
