It's going to cost too much to have my dentist put in a bridge , can I have a dentist do it in Europe?

I have Cigna dental and it looks like I have to get a bridge done which costs $600 after insurance coverage plus another $500 of LAB FEES! My question is this...I travel every year to Europe and a family member works in government and they use a great dentist. They would charge me only $400. I figure since I will be travelling there anyway, why not have them do the bridge work? Positives vs Negatives?

6. What happens if you have a problem? No one here is going to fix it for free. You could end up paying 2-3 times what you think. Plus $400 doesn't sound right if you're getting it done in Western Europe. I've seen stuff out of Eastern Europe and I would definitely avoid it!
