Slight Pain Below and in Arm pits?

I started having the pain every once in a while when I moved to Utah from CA. It lasted for a few months then went away. Now about year later it comes everyonce in a while. For maybe an hour or so. I had a full body scan done last year and everthing was fine. Ive also gained about 90lbs in the last 2 years, and drink alot. any idea? It can also hurt if i rub hard , like with deoderant

2. could be acid reflex, same thing happened (is happening since its off and on) to me and i went to the doctor and they said it was probably acidic reflex from stress from school and stuff
