Can medical insurance cover breast augmentation for certain circumstances?

I've had this problem since I started developing, but I have scoliosis and my body is naturally crooked. It is embarassing because my boobs point more out to the side than in the front, making my chest appear completely flat. I am curious, can medical insurance cover some of the cost of this procedure due to my problem?
