How can I find some cheap health and dental insurance?

I would like to buy some insurance that I can use for health and dental care for a small price. How can I find some that is not expensive or more than $100?

1. Search the internet. Depending on what you want in a policy, there a lots of companies that will write individual polices for under $100.00 a month. You might have a high deductible and have to pay higher co-pays but if you are looking more for insurance in case of a catastrophic illness, you can find them. Blue Cross, and Aetna are two companies that offer policies. I just check them out for my son who aged out of my husband's policy.
