Is there such thing as a body scan?

Im so sick and tired of getting freaked out everytime somethings wrong, afraid its a symptom or something so i was hoping there was such a thing as a body scan (i dont mind paying for it) that you can have once a year and it will scan your body and tell you if you have any cancers tumors or anything like that.

Wealthy people privately pay for "executive physicals" at places like the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic. An executive physical includes a full-body MRI along with numerous other tests. Only an executive physical can comprehensively assess a person's health status. The cost of an executive physical is around US$40,000.
