Scan Medical Insurance

I'm looking for independent dental insurance plans that cover out-of-network dentists in CT. Anyone?

I'm self-employed and would like to purchase dental insurance, but my dentist is not affiliated with any dental plans (out of network) and all the plans I have found only cover in-network dentists. Does anyone know of a dental plan that covers out-of-network dentists?
