ARE YOU SCARED OF THE HELATH INSURANCE COMPANIES OR CHANGE?

All you people a falling for the scare tactics set out by the major health insurance companies that have strangulated Washington for so long to get what they what when they want and how they want it. Wake up people government already has a hand in health care it is called Medicare and Medicaid what do you think supplemental income is government giving people hand outs? All Obama is trying to accomplish is to make sure that every AMERICAN has BASIC HEALTH CARE!! What that means is that every AMERICAN will have be entitled to basic health care if your sick you can see a doctor may not be the doctor of your choice but at least you can get medical attention when you need it. You may not see the same doctor if you require further treatments or tests but at least you will have the coverage that allows you to get the medical treatment you need. Also you can keep you current health coverage you have or if your employer offers better coverage you can take that plan you don't have to take the government's health insurance YOU HAVE A CHOICE NO ONE IS PUTTING A GUN TO YOUR HEAD!!! OF course the health insurance industry is going to promote scare tactics because they know they are going to loose BIG MONEY when this bill gets passed. Oh and what is actually being proposed by the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS NOT WHAT THE TV ADS AND SCARED INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE SAYING IT IS!!! I guess those 14 million are the illegal's in this country taking away jobs from us!! I know what Canada has I have talked with people who live in canda and all of them say the system works!!

1. Not afraid of either. I'm afraid of the government getting involved in yet another private industry. If you want to talk about reform that fully excludes the government from being involved, I'm all for it.
2. No, you don't have a choice. You will HAVE to get insurance if you want it or not. His stated goal (came from his mouth) is to end private insurance and have only a single payer, government run system. Choice? Yeah, the choice between the grape or punch flavored Kool-aid and people over 60 won't even get that...

5. Please tell me what sick person cannot go to the doctor now? When has anyone been refused a trip to the hospital because they didn't have insurance? It's not an issue of receiving or not receiving health care. It's an issue of who is going to pay for it. So I challenge you to answer that... who is going to pay for it? The only way to pay for it is to create huge tax increases. So basically, you are still paying for it! Unless you are one of those tax-eaters instead of tax payers who would rather let someone else foot your bill. Everyone should be given food and shelter right? But do you see that guaranteed by the government? No. Why? Because it is each person's own responsibility to take care of their own food, shelter, clothing and yes health care falls into the same level of necessity. People in need may be helped by those who wish to help, but redistribution of wealth is wrong and immoral. What ever happened to self-reliance and personal responsibility?
6. Actually, we don't have a choice if we like our healthcare that we currently have. Obama is going to force private health insurance companies out of business, and then, bye bye fancy health insurance that I get from my place of employment. You like your tricare coverage? too bad, now it's obama plan or the highway. And you will NOT get medical care when you need it- look at Canada, where it takes 3 months to get an MRI if your doctor thinks you have a tumor. Let's just hope it's not cancer, or you could die before you even get that MRI! You just wait, people come to the US from Europe and Canada because of the health care system that we have in place right now.
7. When Bush was president everyone said how can he be president he bankrupted a baseball team. The reasoning was that if he couldn't run a baseball team then how could he run the country. Well the government has bankrupted medicare, medicaid been completely over budget on all VA medical treatment and have run the postal service into the ground. Why would you want to give them control over a project 20 times larger than any of these that they ran like crap? they have proven they can't do it OH BY THE WAY YOUR EVERY AMERICAN GETS INSURANCE CLAIM IS WRONG THERE WILL STILL BE 14 MIL THAT ARE UNINSURED UNDER OBAMACARE BY HIS OWN ESTIMATES Guess those 14 mil are out of luck ADDITION: 14 million Americans nice deflection though. I lived in the UK for 6 years and these are things I know from living in countries with private and nationalized health care. I waited 1 1/2 years to get a dentist because they cannot get enough people to become dentist because the pay is so low. I was hospitalized one time during my time living there and I was housed in a room that had 11 other people in it that ranged from the young to elderly suffering from all different kinds of illnesses and on guy was there waiting to die which he did while I was there so I guess my stay was partially with only 10 people in the room. One of the people in the room was a girl in her early teens and they stripped her down and did a vaginal exam without a curtain right infront of everyone. I was told by every nurse to get out ASAP because the threat of MSRA was too great to stay in there. Also people drink sand because they have never tasted water. Candians only know their system which by the way is not free it is taken out of their income through taxes so they do pay for their health care. How funny is that doesn he also get his news from the national enquirer? Moore's movies are heavily edited and deceptive. Just look at his columbine movie he show Heston making a speech at an NRA meeting and claims it is done at the Colorado meeting but if you watch the video it is edited from two speeches to make it what moore wants it to say. how do you know this because during the speech that moore claims is one speech, heston's tie changed from blue to red 2 times. No hospital that gets any federal funding, even if it is only a dollar can refuse anyone treatment no matter if they can pay or not
8. Actually sick, uninsured people do get turned away by hospitals! Michael Moore talked about it in Sicko and it is a practice that does happen.
