1. There is no 'cheap but good' health insurance ANYWHERE. If it's cheap, that means either you have a really high deductible, or really limited coverage. Most people don't consider that 'good'. With health insurance, you get what you pay for. If you want comprehensive, low/no deductible coverage, you pay A LOT for it.
