Does anyone know of free or affordable health insurance for pregnant teens in Arizona?
I am a female 17 still in high school and pregnant. My boyfriend is 18; I just moved in with him and his family and have no insurance to get my baby checked on. We recently got married so he is my legal guardian. We have been trying very hard to find affordable health insurance for me and our baby. Please don't reply with any quote links we've been through dozens of them. If you know of any good insurance companies here in Arizona please let us know. Thank you.

- Have you tried medicaid?? It is an option if you can not afford insurance.
- Have you tried going on welfare or Medicare(or is it aid?)?If there is an office for it, I would suggest calling. Also, I live in California and my state offers something called Family PACT that provides birth control and pregnancy tests + reproductive health related check ups and medication for free.Perhaps your state might have a similar program. We also have something called WIC that provides free food(donations) and help to women who are pregnant or nursing. Also, it might help to google some shelters for pregnant teens.A lot of times they can help you get in touch with programs to help pay for your baby even if you're not from an abusive household.
- Contact the local WIC Office, they should be able to help you out with who to call.
- health-quotes.isgreat.org - try this one. My sister had no problem with her insurance coverage while being pregnant.
- Try this site http://heinsurance.notlong.com here you can get qutoes from different companies.
