What health insurance plans cover the most patients in Indiana?

Who are the top 6 health insurance plans in Indiana in terms of number of patients covered? I believe Anthem is number one?

1. You should probably check with a local agent, or the indiana insurance department website.
2. Anthem is tops I believe. United Healthcare prob 2nd, then the rest is up for grabs by a smattering of co's. Aetna, American Community, Assurant Life and a couple of others.
