Why isn't dental care a part of Obama's health care plans?

I remember the Libs on YA back in February saying that it would be a part of his plans. What happened? Dental care is vital to overall health isn't it? We could just make the rich pay for it right?

1. The link to bad dental care and heart disease is well documented. The same bacterial process that causes tooth decay has been linked with heart disease. I guess poor people don't need teeth as much as they need the ability to have a free abortion.
2. Maybe dental health isn't a government-guaranteed right. Oh, wait.....neither is healthcare in general.
