What is the best health insurance for Texas?

I'm looking for health insurance in Texas for my wife and 3 year old son. We are also wanting to have another baby this year sometime. I'm wondering what company in Texas offers the best coverage with a not too high monthly premium. There are no preexisting conditions and we are transitioning from Humana Military.
