1. That of course will vary from one part of America to the other. It is not the same is say Greenland as it is in Bolivia and they are both in America. There is way too much disparity in the living standards of America, a continent with 37 nations and 970 million Americans for anybody to answer a blanket question like that.

3. All health care services are available to all americans. All you have to do is pay for the services rendered. You may also purchase health insurance to cover anything you want covered. Just as I do not expect someone else to pay for my house, my car, my utilities Why would i expect someone to pay for my health care ?
