If I get a health insurance quote, do I have to sign up?

I know this seems like a stupid question, but I went online to get a health insurance quote, filled out all my info, and I'm wondering if I'm obligated to sign up for anything. I'm 19 and I've never done this before. Thanks

  1. No, you can go some specific website like www.healthinsurancefinders.com enter basic info like the zipcode, etc. the hospital will come out after. and just type in the coverage info you want, but not necessary to sign up since you only need a quote not to pay or complete the health insurance. Best luck =)
  2. No, You don't have to sign up if you get a quote. It just tells you how much you would be paying if you did.
  3. I would like to suggest you get as much information as you could before taking action, here http://www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info/free-online-health-insurance.htm is a good place for that.
  4. Absolutely not. While you didn't specifically say this, I assume you went onto a site and input the data for a quote. You'll probably hear from one or more people who will want, of course, to speak with you about it (that's up to you, of course). However, you're under no obligation at all. It's also possible (though unlikely) that you actually completed an online enrollment for a specific insurance company. Even if you did, though, you're still aren't obligated for anything. All you have to do is say "no, thanks." Hope this helps a bit - let me know if I might help further!
  5. You are not obligated to sign up for getting quotes, try this site http://heinsurance.notlong.com here you can get quotes from different companies in your area.
  6. healthplans.my-age.net - here is my health insurance plan. As I remember they can provide such a service.
