Scan Medical Insurance

I quit my job on April 17, 2009. The company provided Aetna Health Insurance and my coverage began 02/01/09.?

On 02/10/09 I was rushed to the emergency room with no insurance. I did not have my insurance card until 02/16/09. I know owe $3000 in hospital bills, will my prior insurance with my old employer cover the hospital bills?since i did work the whole month of febuary and march.

2. Yes, but you have to ask the provider to rebill the health insurance company.
