Does Aetna insurance pay for a breast reduction?

Im a 36 DD and i hate it. I was a C before I had my baby girl. They got so big when I was pregnant and have stayed that way. She is 2 1/2 years old now. My back pain is awful that I deal with on a daily basis. Does Aetna health insurance pay for a reduction? What about a lift? Anyone with any experience? I have went to a consultation after I had my baby girl and I was quoted like 7,000 for a reduction and a lift, I didn't have good insurance then. Anyway. Any help?
